Answers to the most frequently asked questions about orders and deliveries.

How can I order
M-Fashion items?		 Download and complete an order form and send it to our headquarters in Germany by fax or email. If you have any questions about the ordering process or individual products, you are most welcome to call us or send us an email.
Does M-Fashion have a
minimum order volume?		 Our minimum order volume is 200 pieces per order.
When will my order
be delivered?		 We deliver all orders from our Spring/Summer collection between the end of February and the end of March. Orders from our Autumn/Winter collection will be delivered between the end of July and the end of September.
What are your
delivery charges?		 Delivery from Romania to German shipping agents is free of charge. You are then free to choose which German shipping agent you wish to use. If you require assistance we are happy to provide you with recommendations. You are liable for the full cost and organisation of shipping your goods to their final destination.
Do you have a
returns policy?		 Should you have a reason for complaint, please contact us. We will endeavour to find a mutually beneficial solution.

FRONT PLEAT

Front-pleated trousers offer the wearer greater comfort and freedom of movement. This is particularly the case for larger sizes. That’s not all: Depending on the fabric, a front pleat also makes your trousers hang more elegantly.

FLAT FRONT

Trousers with no front pleats, simply a flat front and side pockets. Just the right cut for those who favour a slimmer, more tailored look.

COMFORTABLE

These are trouser models, either elegant or casual and with a regular waistline, which offer the wearer added comfort and freedom of movement.

  • Trousers with a subtle front pleat: Comfortable widths of 71 cm at the thigh, 52 cm at the knee and 44 cm at the foot.
  • Trousers with darts: Here the thigh measures 70 cm, the knee 52 cm and the foot 44 cm.
  • Flat-fronted trousers: Here the thigh measures 69 cm, the knee 50 cm and the foot 44 cm.

Straight-cut, sporty trouser model, especially denims, where the waistline rise is 1 cm lower than usual. With widths of 66 cm at the thigh, 47 cm at the knee and 42 cm at the foot.

Fashionable range of chinos for work and play. The thigh width here is 66 cm, the knee width 45 cm and the foot width 42 cm. At 2.5 cm the low-rise waistline is lower than the standard, which gives the trousers both a fashionable look and a comfortable fit.
